Himes Favors TARP Money For Jobs

Fourth district Congressman Jim Himes likes the idea of using leftover stimulus money for job creation. Himes, a Greenwich democrat, says the big question is when small businesses will have access to credit. Himes tells the "Connecticut Post" it's the least the government can do for those business owners who are struggling. Just last December, Himes voted against a job bill that would entail using leftover bailout funds. He says that was before receiving an earful from small business owners.
