The Final Mayoral Debate in Norwalk

Long time Mayor Richard Moccia of Norwalk faced his Democratic challenger Steve Serasis in their final debate Thursday evening at the Norwalk Inn.

In the debate, Moccia defended his handling of the city during the economic downturn against Serasis's assertation that he mishandled the city affairs when it came to a budget shortfall of $5,000,000 from 2008 to 2009.
