Metro North Using Sunday Schedule on Memorial Day
Spokesman Dan Brucker says Metro North will build in additional trains today heading into Grand Central Terminal this evening. Brucker says this is to help accomodate those passengers returning to New York City after the long holiday weekend. Brucker also says the rail line is expecting a fraction of the customers today, compared with regular Monday commuter traffic. Brucker says the modified schedule allows more so-called breathing room for trains to maintain on-time performance.
