A former Norwalk woman who pleaded guilty to one count health fraud has been sentenced to five years probation among other consequences.  Prosecutors say Robin DeLuc and her husband spent two years submitting false claims to Anthem Blue Cross about fictitious chiropractic treatments.  DeLuc then received $41,579 in payment from Anthem for those phony treatments.  She was working at the Connecticut Chiropractic Neurology Center in Darien at the time.  DeLuc is sentenced to five years probation, plus a $2,000 fine and restitution of $41,579 to Anthem.
