Trump Parc Crane Coming Down
The Trump Parc construction project in Stamford goes on with it's next hurdle: the removal of the tower crane from the site. The work was postponed last week due to city officials and the project's developer discussing worker safety and scheduling concerns.
The removal will take three days. Two consecutive days; tomorrow and Sunday August 17th. Again on the following Sunday August 24th.
There will be major road closures as a result. Washington Boulevard and Broad Streets will not be available between 5 am to 5 pm tomorrow and 5 am to 7 pm on Sunday.
The hours of work for Sunday August 24th will be 5 am to 12 noon.
Please avoid that area with your vehicles while the work goes on. Detours will be clearly posted in the downtown area.
