A hearing before the Norwalk Planning and Zoning Commission tonight on 3 applications filed in connection with the Q Properties' plan to develop a commercial recreational center. The facility, to be called The Sono Field House, is at 350 Ely Avenue. Attorney Liz Suchy says Q Properties has met with residents in the neighborhood who have responded favorably to the proposal. Suchy says the plan calls for space to accomodate soccer, softball, basketball and other sports training and practice exercises. Such says access to the proposed development would be on Martin Luther King Drive. The hearing is scheduled for 7:30 tonight at City Hall.
