More Norwalk Patrols

The Norwalk Police Cheif Harry Rilling says they're strengthening security around public housing even more than they already have.. It's a response to increasing violence in Norwalk neighborhoods. Since the added patrols began 74 arrests have been made and five guns have been confisgated. A state grant is funding the extra manpower.
