The American Lung Association is kicking off its "Give the Flu a Shot" campaign today.   Lieutenant Governor Michael Fedele, who is chairing the campaign, says everyone should get the vaccine, especially the elderly, young children, and those with chronic diseases. Fedele says last year there were several strains of the flu that reduced the effectiveness of the shot, but he says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved new vaccines this year.
