There are a few more days left to file any complaints against  the planned Talmadge hill Parking lot in New Canaan.  Some residents are concerned about increased runoff, as well as the loss of 7 established tress on the property.  The owner of the property, John Gault, says more storm drains are needed for the expansion. The New Canaan Town Engineer says 31 trees and other plants are included in the project.
