Mayor Dick Moccia, along with other city officials met yesterday as a follow-up to a recent incident at the King Kennedy Housing Complex, involving members of the group and local police. Moccia says liability remains the big issue concerning the Angels patrolling the city. Moccia adds that he and Sliwa agree the city should be notified whenever the Angels plan on coming to town. Moccia also says, eventually, the organization will need to recruit local residents to patrol.
