Connecticut residents frustrated over the high cost of gas won't have to venture far this weekend to celebrate the 4th of July holiday. Rena Calcaterra, with the Connecticut Commission on Culture and Tourism, says there is plenty to do in the state. She says the Scottish Festivities at the Round Hill Highland Games are scheduled for Saturday at Cranbury Park in Norwalk. Calcaterra says there are many more events for the whole family to enjoy this weekend.  For a complete list, you should visit  www.ctvisit.org
