Stamford Health Systems had an education forum planned, and the week before the event, still had very few sign-ups. Stamford Health Systems needed to increase awareness to boost attendance.
The Process
...use radio to build awareness and registration! Stamford Health Systems used frequency, running 10 commercials a day for the three days prior to the event, and the plan worked. The print and flyers just did not have the call-to-action effect that radio had.
The Plan
Radio was able to react quickly! The WSTC/WNLK Account Manager suggested an appropriate high-frequency schedule to create maximum impact to boost attendance at the event. The WSTC/WNLK creative department put together a targeted ad and within 24 hours, it was on the radio and getting results!
The Performance
Within three days, Stamford Health Systems had 75 people register to attend the health seminar. WSTC/WNLK worked to reach lower Fairfield County adults, and inspire action!
