We've put together this guide to make it a little easier for you and your family as you plan your Fourth of July celebrations in and around Fairfield County!
Barnum Festival's fireworks display scheduled for Friday, June 25, from Seaside Park at the foot of Park Avenue at West Beach, have been postponed to July 10th, because of Thursday's tornado. 203-367-8495, www.barnumfestival.com.
Fireworks Celebration at Danbury Fair Mall July 2 dusk. Rain date July 5. DanburyCityFair.com.
Short Beach Park
Saturday, July 3 @ 7pm
Fireworks July 3 at dusk at Binney Park, Hillside Road, and at Greenwich Point. Rain date July 5. 203-622-7830.

No Fireworks This Year
The fireworks, by Grucci, July 2 at 9:15 p.m. off Compo Beach. Parking tickets can be obtained at the Westport Parks and Recreation or Police Departments. Limited parking tickets are $30, and benefit P.A.L. Rain date July 6. 203-341-5090.
Rowayton Independence Day Celebration July 4 9:15 p.m., Bayley Beach, Rowayton section. Rain date July 5, beach sticker for admission. www.rowaytonct.com/fireworks.html.
Independence Day Celebration, July 4 9 p.m. at Waveny Park. Gates open 5 p.m. for events, picnic, music. Rain date July 5. 203-594-3000.
Family 4th Celebration July 4 4:30-11 p.m., with fireworks at 9:20 p.m., Weston Middle School, School Road. The barbecue begins at 5 p.m.; American Concert Band 5 p.m.; Westport Community Band 6:15 p.m.; The Magic Genie 6:15 p.m.; The Straight Note Chasers Band 7:30, 10 p.m. Admission $5, $2 children. Rain date July 5, with food and fireworks only. Shuttle buses from St. Francis Church. www.westonct.gov.
